Purchase Period

  • Train tickets can be purchased from 7AM, 1 month before the train departure time, until 20 minutes (until 5 minutes with the App) before the departure time.

Payment/Issuing of Ticket

  • Train fare can be paid using a credit card.
  • Train ticket can be issued at the station.

Refund

  • The ticket fare can be refunded on the website until the train departure time printed on the ticket.
  • After the train departure time, the ticket should be returned to the station.
  • After the train arrival time printed on the ticket, the ticket fare cannot be refunded.
  • As for the refund, a charge will occur according to the ticket return time.
