Purchase Period

Train tickets can be purchased from 7AM, 1 month before the train departure time, until 20 minutes (until 5 minutes with the App) before the departure time.

Payment/Issuing of Ticket

Train fare can be paid using a credit card.
Train ticket can be issued at the station.

Refund

The ticket fare can be refunded on the website until the train departure time printed on the ticket.
After the train departure time, the ticket should be returned to the station.
After the train arrival time printed on the ticket, the ticket fare cannot be refunded.
As for the refund, a charge will occur according to the ticket return time.

The lowest cancellation charge is KRW 400. (If the charge is below KRW 400, the refund will be applied with the lowest charge.)
